LiftFront Academy is an online learning platform that provides interactive coding courses, tutorials, quizzes, and challenges. Our platform includes gamification features such as XP points, levels, achievements, streaks, and leaderboards to enhance your learning experience.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using LiftFront Academy, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization
  • Manipulate XP, achievements, or leaderboard rankings through fraudulent means

5. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LiftFront Academy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our courses, lessons, quizzes, and educational materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any code or content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Certificates

Certificates earned on LiftFront Academy represent completion of specific courses and are issued based on your performance. Certificates are for personal use and should not be misrepresented. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine they were obtained through fraudulent means.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content or the results you may obtain from using the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiftFront Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform or inability to use the platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms
